Stillwater, Okla. - Cowboy Sports Properties, the television rights holder of Oklahoma State athletics, has announced that five Cowboy Basketball games this season will be televised as part of the OSU package. Three road games, as well as two home games, will be shown on the Cowboy Television Network.
"We are extremely excited about this lineup," said Larry Reece, general manager of Cowboy Sports Properties. "Wichita State is becoming a great rivalry, and who doesn't want to see Coach Sutton go up against his old team, the Razorbacks. We're really pleased to round it out with three showdowns in the always tough Big 12 Conference. We are proud of the schedule we've been able to put together."
OSU's games to be televised are: at Wichita State on Dec. 21; Arkansas in Gallagher-Iba Arena on Dec. 30; at Baylor on Jan. 21; Kansas State in Gallagher-Iba Arena on Feb. 5; and at Nebraska on Feb. 12.
With the additional TV games, there are only two road games that Cowboy fans will not be able to see. Oklahoma State's second-round game at the Great Alaska Shootout will not be televised, nor will the Colorado game in Boulder on March 5. A total of 18 OSU games are scheduled for television this season, with the possibility of one additional game being shown, the finals of the Great Alaska Shootout.
