STILLWATER, Okla. (AP) - Trisha Skibbe had 23 points and nine rebounds, and Oklahoma State outscored No. 9 Kansas State 9-3 in the final 1:32 for a 68-60 upset victory Saturday night.
Chantoya Hawkins added 18 points, and Tari Cummings had 13 points and seven rebounds for Oklahoma State (10-8, 2-3 Big 12), which was coming off two games in which it shot 33 percent or worse, but made the shots when it counted against Kansas State.
Nicole Ohlde had 17, and Kristin Rethman scored 15 for the Wildcats (17-2, 5-1 Big 12), whose 14-game winning streak ended.
Rethman's 3-pointer brought the Wildcats to within 59-57 with 1:43 remaining, but that proved to be their last basket until Laurie Koehn made a 3 with 14 seconds left.
Shelby Hutchens made a free throw and Hawkins a layup to give the Cowgirls a 62-57 lead with 1:04 left.
After a Kansas State turnover, Cummings made two free throws to make it 64-57. The Wildcats then missed a 3-pointer and Terrisha Osborn was fouled. She made both free throws for a 66-57 lead with 20 seconds remaining.
After Koehn's 3-pointer made it a six-point game with 14 seconds left, Skibbe scored on a layup to seal the victory.
