Cowgirl Golf Moves Into 12th At McGuire Invitational

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. - Oklahoma State's 17th-ranked women's golf team moved up three spots to 12th place of the Comcast/Dick McGuire Invitational here Friday afternoon, shooting a 303 in the second round.
Senior Maria Boden and sophomore Linda Wessberg are tied for 11th individually, both with a two-day total of three-over-par 149. Arizona's Lorena Ochoa sits atop the individual leaderboard with a six-under 140.
Pepperdine takes a one-stroke lead into the final round on Saturday over Arizona. Tulsa is in third place, two strokes behind the Wildcats, while New Mexico and Oklahoma round out the top five.
The tournament will conclude on Saturday with a final round of 18 holes.
