Men's Tennis Prepares For Texas A&M

COLLEGE STATION, Texas -- The 50th-ranked Oklahoma State men's tennis team will ride a five-match winning streak into College Station on Wednesday to take on the No. 9 Texas A&M Aggies.
The Cowboys, who are 11-4 overall and 4-1 in Big 12 play, have won 4 consecutive conference matches to move into sole possession of third place in the Big 12 standings. The Pokes also own a 4-3 upset over No. 37 Tulsa during their current streak.
Texas A&M, 17-5 and 5-1,will carry a 10-match winning streak into Wednesday's match. A&M is currently in second place in the Big 12 standings.
OSU sophomore Matt Prentice will take on the No. 2 singles player in the nation, A&M's Shuon Madden. Prentice enters the match with an 11-4 record at the No. 1 position.
Prentice has been equally impressive in doubles action. Along with freshman Eru Lyndon, the duo has compiled a 12-3 record and owns an upset against the No. 2 doubles team in the country, Texas' Nick Crowell and Michael Blue.
The Cowboys will close out the regular season this weekend when they host Colorado on Friday and Baylor on Saturday.
