OSU Announces Student Ticket Distribution

OSU has announced the procedure for All Sports Ticket and All Sports Activity Card holders to purchase 2000-01 men's basketball tickets.
The ticket distribution for All Sports Ticket and Activity Card holders will take place Tuesday and Wednesday, Oct. 24 and 25, from 1 to 9 p.m. on the north side of Lewis Stadium. Due to the expanded capacity of the new Athletic Center, Activity Card holders will be eligible to purchase basketball tickets this year.
Four ticket packages are available. The Home Package includes nine games at the newly expanded Gallagher-Iba Arena, beginning with the ESPN-televised Jan. 8 game against Iowa State, which will serve as the arena's official dedication. The athletics department has made 4,000 student home packages available at a price of $98 each.
Also available are a two-game Tulsa Package ($25), including games at the Mabee Center against the California All-Stars on Nov. 16 and against Arkansas on Dec. 9, a two-game Oklahoma City Package ($23), with contests at the Myriad against UNLV on Dec. 2 and Northwestern (La.) State on Dec. 16, and an Enid Doubleheader ($11), with the OSU men's and women's teams taking on exhibition opponents Nov. 9.
The student prices are half the price of the regular-admission tickets. Also available on Oct. 24 and 25 are $20 tickets to OSU's season-opening game against UMKC on Nov. 21 at the Mabee Center. That game's ticket is full price because Oral Roberts, which faces Southwest Baptist, is the host of the night's doubleheader.
Tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Students must present their OSUID and/or All Sports Activity Card(s) belonging to their dependent(s) when purchasing tickets, packages will be charged to students' bursar accounts. Each person is allowed to purchase one of each package.
The ticket packages are also available to All Sports Activity Card holders at branch campuses. OSU-OKC and OSU-Tulsa students may purchase packages at their respective bursar offices between Oct. 16 and 20. Purchases on the branch campuses may be made with credit card, check or cash.
