Basketball Doubleheader Planned For Enid

STILLWATER, Okla. - Oklahoma State's Cowboy and Cowgirl basketball teams will play a doubleheader of exhibitions on Thursday, Nov. 9, in the Chisholm Trail Expo Center in Enid, Okla. It will be the season opener for both teams.

The doubleheader will begin at 6 p.m. with a game between the Cowgirls and the Australian Institute of Sport. Immediately following, at approximately 8:30 p.m., the Cowboys will host Athletes First.

The Cowgirls return four starters from last year's team and include four newcomers that will make an immediate impact on the squad.

The Cowboys have a practically new squad with only three returners from last year's squad. Returning are Fredrik Jonzen, Andre Williams and Jason Keep.
