Women's Golf Finishes Fourth in Hawaii

HONOLULU - Coach Ann Pitts' Cowgirl golf team finished in fourth place at the Dr. Donnis Thompson Rainbow Wahine Invitational Golf Tournament that was completed today in Honolulu, Hawaii.
The Cowgirls started the day in sixth place, and finished the day with a 300 total and 918 score for the three-day event. The Cowgirls finished 22 shots behind Tulsa, who won the tournament with an 896 total.
Rounding out the top five were Arizona (899), Louisiana State (907), the Cowgirls and Oregon with a 924.
JoJo Robertson led the Cowgirls with a score of 224, which was good for a tie for sixth place. Anna Lindblom shot a 228 for 12th place. Maria Boden finished with a 233 for 28th place, Bresha Marshall was 37th with a 235 and Lotta Stromlid shot a 241 for 52nd place.
The Cowgirls will return to action April 6-7 at the Utah-Dixie Classic in St. George, Utah.
