Men's Tennis Wins Two in HEB Tournament

CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas - Oklahoma State's Cowboys tennis team won two matches today to advance in the HEB tournament.
In the first match, Oklahoma State (6-0) defeated fourth-seeded Clemson 5-0. First-ranked Pavel Kudrnac picked up a win for the Cowboys to improve his record to 17-1 for the season. Martin Dvoracek, Chris Bates, Rob Howarth, and Daniel Russo also picked up wins for the Cowboys.
In the second match, the Cowboys defeated Tulane 4-0. The doubles duo of Kudrnac and Dvoracek, ranked No. 1 in the nation, improved their record to 15-2 with a 8-5 win over Robert Samuelsson and Ronald Kloppert. Howarth and Russo also picked up a doubles win, and Dvoracek, Bates, and Russo won their singles matches.
The Cowboys will play again Saturday at noon; their opponent has yet to be determined.
