Ohio State fell to Harvard in a shutout (4-0) at the Third Annual Gaucho Classic tournament in Santa Barbara, Calif. Chris Porter (Fr., Canton, Ohio) was defeated by Harvard's James Blake in a close three-set match (3-6, 6-4, 6-4). In doubles, Ohio State's team of Porter and Pari Laxminarayan (Jr., Bangalore, India) lost to Clark/ Majmudar of Harvard (8-3). On Friday, the Buckeyes will compete against Oregon, who lost to SMU 4-1, in the second day of competition.
