OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) - Desmond Mason scored 20 points and Joe Adkins added 16 as No. 17 Oklahoma State rolled to a 97-63 victory over San Diego State on Sunday.
The Cowboys (7-0) broke out to a 47-19 halftime lead against San Diego State and cruised the rest of the way against the Aztecs (1-3).
Doug Gottlieb added nine points and 14 assists for Oklahoma State.
San Diego State got 22 points from
Marcelo Correa led San Diego State with 22 points and David Abramowitz added 11.
Oklahoma State outrebounded the Aztecs 40-24.
