Jack O'Neil

Jack O'Neil joined the Oklahoma State University Sports Medicine Staff in May of 2025 as the Physical Therapist for Cowboy Football.
Before joining the Sports Medicine Staff at Oklahoma State, Jack was a physical therapist at Rice University and Houston Methodist Hospital where he worked with both Rice's Football team and Olympic Sports as the lead clinician for all post-operative cases for the athletic department.Â
Jack is a native of Seattle, WA, and he completed his bachelor's degree in Human Physiology at Gonzaga University (2020) and his Doctor of Physical Therapy at University of Southern California (2023). Upon graduating from physical therapy school, he completed his Sports Physical Therapy Residency through Houston Methodist in Houston, TX where he learned from clinicians and worked with Rice University, the Houston Texans, the Houston Rodeo, and other unique sports experiences.
Jack holds certification from the APTA and the American Heart Association. He is a Board-Certified Clinical Specialist in Sports Physical Therapy, a NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), and holds many other credentials in his field including Dry Needling and Blood Flow Restriction. He is a member of the American Academy of Sports Physical Therapy and is a mentor within their Collegiate and Progressional Sports special interest group.
