Transferred to OSU from Arkansas, where she competed both indoors and outdoors for one season for the Razorbacks.
2025 Outdoors
Set a new personal best in the 100 Meter Hurdles at the ORU Invitational with her time of 14.12… Competed in her first Heptathlon of the season at the Jim Click Shootout, setting a personal best in the 200 with her mark of 24.12 on her way to an overall score of 4,951 points… At the Big 12 Outdoor Championships, Bemis placed 11th overall in the Heptathlon with her score of 5,050 points… Set two new PRs at the Big 12 Championships in the Shot Put and the Javelin Throw.
2025 Indoors
Opened her season competing in three separate events at the Arkansas Invitational… Completed her first Pentathlon of the season at the DeLoss Dodds Invitational, scoring 3,532 points overall… Placed second at the Arkansas Qualifier in the Long Jump.
2024 Outdoors
Kicked off her outdoor season with an all-conditions personal best in the Long Jump at 6.00 meters… Completed her first Heptathlon for the Cowgirls at the Jim Click Shootout with a score of 4,932 points… Won the Heptathlon at the John Jacobs Invitational with a personal-best score of 5,144 points, which ranks sixth in school history… Competed in both the Heptathlon and 4x400 Meter Relay at the Big 12 Outdoor Championships.
2024 Indoors
Opened her career in the orange and black with a second-place finish in the Long Jump with a mark of 5.92 meters, which ranked eighth in program history at the time… Completed her first pentathlon at the DeLoss Dodds Invitational, placing fourth overall with 3,706 points, good enough for fifth in program history… Earned another second-place finish in the Long Jump at the Arkansas Qualifier with her leap of 5.82 meters… Competed in the 400 Meters, Long Jump and 4x400 Meter Relay at the Big 12 Championships.

During 2022 Arkansas 6A State outdoor meet, claimed silver in 400m and gold in 300m Hurdles, which were held 20 minutes apart … Competed in a total of 10 races, prelims and finals, during State meet … Added silver medal in 100 and triple jump, along with bronze in 200 … Produced score of 4,420 points in heptathlon to win the event at The Florida Invitational … Then improved to 4,477 to win title at Arkansas Heptathlon … During Arkansas Meet of Champions, won titles in 200 (25.28 PR) and 300 hurdles (44.68) … Silver medalist in heptathlon with career best of 4,505 at 2022 AAU Junior Olympics held at North Carolina A&T …
