2025 Outdoors
Transitioned to the hurdles for her first outdoor season, opening up with three straight 400 Meter Hurdle times in the mid-58 second range… Moved up to the 800 at the Arkansas Twilight, where she set a new personal best with her mark of 2:09.54… Qualified for the final at the Big 12 Outdoor Championships in the 400 Hurdles with a massive personal best of 57.79, which ranked second in program history behind Cowgirl great Leisa Davis-Knowles… Qualified for the NCAA West Prelims in the 400 Hurdles and the 4x400 Meter Relay, with the relay missing a national qualifier by just one spot with their time of 3:34.40.
2025 Indoors
Opened her Cowgirl career with a personal best in the 600 Meters with her time of 1:32.84 at the Arkansas Invitational, which ranked tenth in program history… Two weeks later at the DeLoss Dodds Invitational, Goodman clocked a personal-best time of 1:21.32 in the 600 Yards, which put her seventh in Cowgirl history… Would add a second consecutive runner-up finish in the 600 Yards at the Steve Miller Invitational before competing at her first career Big 12 Indoor Championships, where she placed 13th in the 600 Yards.

Attended Richmond George Ranch High School in Richmond, Texas… Lettered all four years in track and played volleyball and Gymnastics.
