2010 Outdoors: Earned all-Big 12 status in the 5,000 meters with an eighth-place finish at the conference meet in 16:26.89 ... That mark ranks 10th on OSU's all-time outdoor list ... Competed in the 10,000 meters at the NCAA West Preliminary Rounds, clocking a 34:53.17 to place 14th ... Ran the 10,000 meters in 34:17.72 at the Mt. SAC Relays for a time that is eighth all-time at Oklahoma State.
2010 Indoors: Became Oklahoma State's first women's indoor All-American since Siri Alfheim in 2002 when she placed eighth in the 5,000 meters at the NCAA Championships with a time of 16:01.90 ... That time wasn't even her best of the year, as she crossed the finish line in 15:58.34 at the Husky Classic ... That mark is the second-fastest indoor time in Cowgirl history and was the seventh-fastest time run in the nation during the 2010 indoor season ... Secured the first all-Big 12 honor of her career when she placed fifth in the 3,000 meters at the conference meet in 9:28.03 ... That mark is good for eighth on OSU's all-time indoor list.

British Universities Champion Cross Country Gold 2007, 5000 meter Track Gold 2008...2007 Sportswoman of the Year, placed 13th individually at the World University Cross Country Championships...represented Great Britain at the Senior World Cross Country Championships in Mombasa in 2007, the Senior European Cross Country 2006 receiving the silver medal, the Under 23 European Cross Country Championships in 2007 receiving fifth individually, and the World Student Cross Country Championships in 2008 receiving 13th individually...was the recipient of the Design Scholarship for Oakham School in 1998, the Young Engineers of Britain National Award 2005, the Engineering Innovation Award 2006, the IMechE Undergraduate Scholarship to Study Engineering at Durham 2005, the Blueprint Business Plan competition Finalist 2006, the Royal Academy of Engineering Leadership Award 2007, and the Officer Selection for Royal Military Academy Sandhurst ...was a member of Oakham Design Scholars Club, Oakham Design Physics Society...was a Corporal with the Combined Cadet Force
