2013 Outdoors: Earned All-Big 12 honors after launching a personal-best 60.02m/196-11 to take fourth place in the hammer ... That mark ranks No. 3 in OSU history ... Qualified for the NCAA West Preliminary in the hammer, and missed out on qualifying for the national meet by a meter ... Won the hammer at both the Tulsa Duels (54.43m/178-7) and the John McDonnell Invite (58.85m/193-01).
2013 Indoors: Won the weight throw at the KSU All-Comers Meet (17.30m/56-9.25), the Arkansas- OSU Dual (16.60m/54-5.5) and the Sooner Invitational, where she threw an indoor-best 18.65/61-2.25 ... At the Big 12 Championships, she launched an 18.39m/60-0.04 to finish seventh, gaining two team points for the Cowgirls.
2012 Outdoors: NCAA West Preliminary Rounds qualifier in the hammer throw, but did not advance to the NCAA Championships after placing 28th at the regional meet with a personal-best mark of 57.59 meters/188-11 ... That mark is third in Oklahoma State history ... Earned her first career All-Big 12 honor by placing sixth in the hammer throw at the conference meet ... Logged four marks of 180 feet or more in the hammer throw during the season, highlighted by her personal best at the NCAA Regional but also including marks of 57.34 meters/188-01 at the John McDonnell Invitational, 56.33 meters/184-00 at the John Jacobs Invitational and 55.97 meters/183-07 at the Big 12 Championships.
2012 Indoors: Put up the third-best weight throw in school history at the Oklahoma Invitational with a hurl of 17.82 meters/58-05.75 ... That throw was good for a new personal best and a first-place finish at the meet ... Recorded a throw of 16.30 meters/53-05.75 at the Big 12 Championships to finish 14th ... Finished fourth in two events in the indoor season after a 16.43 meter/53-11.00 toss at the KSU Invitational and a 15.91 meter/52-02.50 throw at the JD Martin Invitational ... Other marks in the weight throw include 17.13 meters/56-02.50 at the Tyson Invitational and 14.71 meters/48-03.25 at the KSU All-Comers Meet.
2011 Outdoors: First-team academic All-Big 12 honoree ... Turned in her season-best hammer throw performance with a heave of 50.72 meters/166-05 at the Tailwind Invitational ... Other marks in the hammer throw included tosses of 49.68 meters/163-0 at the Tulsa Duels, 46.25 meters/151-09 at the Kansas Relays and 44.10 meters/144-08 at the Ward Haylett Invitational ... Competed in the hammer throw during the Big 12 Outdoor Championships but fouled.
2011 Indoors: Hit a season-best weight throw performance with a toss of 15.98 meters/52-05.25 at the Sooner Invitational ... Other marks in the weight throw were tosses of 15.63 meters/51-03.5 at the Razorback Invitational, 15.56 meters/51-00.5 at the Big 12 Championships to place 22nd at the event, 15.04 meters/49-04.25 at the J.D. Martin Invitational, 15.01 meters/49-03.00 at the Kansas State Invitational and 14.43 meters /47-04.00 at the Tyson Invitational.

High School: Attended Mitchell HS in Mitchell, S.D., where she was coached by Geoff Gross and Eric Palmer ... Registered personal-best marks of 42-02.75 in the shot put and 149-11 in the discus ... Both of those performances set Mitchell HS records ... Her mark in the discus was fourth in state history ... Class AA discus state champion as a senior ... Overall gold medal winner in the discus that same year ... Conference champion in both the shot put and the discus her senior year ... Selected as the 2009 Mitchell HS female athlete of the year and was the Elite 8 athlete of the year as well ... Qualified for the 2009 USA Track and Field junior national championships in the discus ... Four-time track and field letterwinner also picked up three letters as a basketball player and one as a volleyball player ... Earned academic all-state recognition in all three sports ... A first-team all-conference selection in basketball in 2008-09 and was selected as defensive player of the year ... Member of the National Honor Society ...
