During his first two years with the orange and black, Ulm handled all of the Cowgirls’ workouts while also serving as the program’s operations point of contact.
Ulm joined the OSU staff two years ago spending three years as an assistant strength and conditioning coach at Florida prior to being hired by Gajewski. While at UF, he helped the Gators win three SEC championships and the 2015 National Championship.
He has also previously worked as a strength and conditioning intern at Mississippi State in 2014.
Ulm graduated from Cincinnati in 2014 with a degree in health services. He also completed his master’s degree while working at Florida.
