Jones graduated with honors and distinction from Kansas in May 2014 with degrees in sports managment and exercise science.
Prior to her time in Lawrence, Jones competed at Enid High School where she was a four-year All-Conference player and two-time conference MVP. She holds the school records for single-season batting average, ERA, strikeouts and winning percentage. Jones is also Enid’s all-time career strikeouts leader.
