Competed four times for the Cowboys during the outdoor campaign... Scored an 11th-place finish at the Stanford Invitational in the 10,000 Meters with a time of 28:25.44, which ranks fifth in program history... Helped the Cowboys to a second-place finish in the 4x1,600 Meter Relay at the Drake Relays in Iowa... Earned All-Big 12 honors in the 10,000 Meters with a time of 29:33.16.
2022 Indoors
Competed at four meets during the indoor season... Picked up a top-10 finish in the 3,000 Meters at the Razorback Invitational with a time of 7:53.60, which currently ranks tenth in program history... Earned All-Big 12 honors in the 5,000 Meters with a seventh-place time of 13:49.79, which ranks seventh in Cowboy history.
2021 Cross Country
Raced in the three postseason competitions in his first season with the Cowboys... Earned All-Big 12 honors in his first race of the season with a 14th-place finish with his 8K time of 24:41.0... At the NCAA Midwest Regionals, he earned All-Region honors after placing ninth with a 10K time of 30:26.4... Solidified his standing as an elite distance runner with his 27th-place finish at the NCAA Cross Country Championships, earning his second career All-America honor to go along with his 2020 indoor first-team All-America finish in the 5,000 Meters.
Prior to OSU
Transfer from Southeastern Louisiana University... Graduated from Cypress Woods High School in Cypress, Texas… Earned NCAA Division 1 All-American honors in the 5k… Was on the All-Southland Conference Indoor first team for the 3k, 5k and One-Mile… Southland Conference Men’s Indoor Most Valuable Performer… Southland Conference Cross Country 8k Champion.
