Appeared in three meets across three events during his outdoor campaign… Won the John Jacobs Invitational in the 5,000 Meters with his personal-best time of 14:38.94… Followed that performance with a third-place finish in the 3K at the Arkansas Twilight.
2023 Indoors
Competed at two meets during the indoor season in the Mile and 3K… Finished third overall in the 3,000 Meters at the Arkansas Qualifier with a time of 8:19.33.
2022 Cross Country
Set personal cross country bests in the 5K and the 8K while competing at the Cowboy Preview and Weis-Crockett Invitational, respectively.
2022 Outdoors
Competed at four meets during his freshman outdoor season across three events... Earned a top-10 finish in the 1,500 Meters at the John Jacobs Invitational with a personal-best time of 3:57.57... Picked up his first career victory at the Arkansas Twilight in the 3,000 Meters with a time of 8:27.32... Competed at the Big 12 Outdoor Championships, earning a 16th-place finish in the 5,000 Meters with a time of 14:50.07.

Attended Geneva Community High School in Geneva, Illinois… Lettered all four years in high school… Earned All-Conference and All-State honors… Also played baseball, swimming and triathlon.
