Won Big 12 Freshman of the Year for the outdoor season.
2016 Indoors: Was crucial in the Cowboys’ second Big 12 title, winning the 5,000-meter run and finishing fifth in the 3,000... Ran twice during the regular season for the Pokes... Posted a personal best 8:05.97 at the Husky Classic in the 3,000.
2015 Cross Country: Played a major role in the Cowboys’ perfrect regular season... Won his first three outings including the Cowboy Jamboree... Took all-conference honorswith a third-place finish at the Big 12 Championships... Finished third at the Midwest Regional to lead the Cowboys into the NCAA Championships.
