2023-24 (Redshirt Senior):
Jacksonville graduate transfer provided post depth and veteran leadership in an otherwise all-freshman front court… Appeared in 30 of the 32 games while averaging 3.4 points and 2.5 rebounds in 11.1 minutes per game… Shot 52.4% from the field… Started the first three games of the season and enjoyed a productive non-conference slate with 12-game averages of 6.8 points, 4.1 boards and 17.2 minutes… Clocked just 7.1 minutes in 17 Big 12 contests, due to a combination of nagging injuries and the emergence of freshman big man Brandon Garrison… Scored in double-figures three times – all during the month of November… Led the Cowboy scoring with a season-best 14 points in a 92-63 win over Houston Christian (Nov. 24)…. Posted a double-double in the Nov. 20 win over New Orleans with 13 points and 11 rebounds after narrowly missing another in the opener against Abilene Christian (Nov. 6), finishing with 13 points and nine boards… Best all-around Big 12 effort came at Texas (Mar. 2) when he collected four points, six rebounds and a team-high three assists in 16 minutes… Missed most of summer workouts and did not play during OSU's August tour of Spain while recovering from a shoulder injury.
At Jacksonville (2021-23):
Started 36 games in two seasons at Jacksonville University in Jacksonville, Fla… As a redshirt junior in 2022-23, averaged 10.5 points and 4.9 rebounds in 23.3 minutes while shooting 55.2% from the field… Scored in double-figures 14 times in 22 games… As a redshirt sophomore in 2021-22, posted the ASUN’s best offensive rebound percentage during conference play (14.4) and finished the year ranked 73rd nationally in that category (12.4%), per KenPom… Helped his team to 21 wins and a runner-up finish at the 2022 ASUN tournament.
Junior College:
Redshirted as a freshman at USC Salkehatchie (2019-20) before following head coach Jake Williams to Dodge City (Kan.) Community College where he earned second team All-Kansas Jayhawk Conference honors as a redshirt freshman (2020-21)… Averaged 11.7 points and 6.9 rebounds while posting the second-highest season shooting percentage on program history (67.1%)… Scored in double-figures in 11 of his 19 games, including a run of seven straight to end the year… Part of a DCCC team that spent three weeks in the NJCAA national rankings, climbing as high as No. 14.
High School:
Started playing organized basketball as a high school junior at Gray Collegiate Academy in West Columbia, S.C… Helped the War Eagles to the Class 2A state title as a senior in 2017-18, grabbing 15 rebounds in the championship game… Was coached by one of OSU head coach Mike Boynton’s former South Carolina teammates, Brandon Wallace… Also played defensive end on the football team.
