His 337.2 yards of total offense per game ranks third in school history, trailing only Mason Rudolph in 2017 and Brandon Weeden in 2011 ... His 10 rushing touchdowns make him one of only three Mike Gundy-era quarterbacks at Oklahoma State to rush for 10 or more touchdowns in a season, joining J.W. Walsh (13 in 2015) and Mason Rudolph (10 in 2017) ... Had 64 passes of 20 yards or longer, a mark that ranked fourth in the country and trailed only Oklahoma’s Kyler Murray, Alabama’s Tua Tagovailoa and Ohio State’s Dwayne Haskins ... Earned Walter Camp National Player of the Week honors after completing 30-of-46 passes for 338 yards with five passing touchdowns and adding 13 carries for 106 yards and a touchdown in the Cowboys’ win over No. 7 West Virginia ... In doing so, he became the first player in OSU history to pass for 300 yards and rush for 100 yards in the same game, an accomplishment that had only been achieved by two other people in Big 12 Conference history prior to Cornelius against the Mountaineers ... Passed for 501 yards against Oklahoma in Norman to mark the third-highest total in school history and to set an OSU Bedlam Series record ... The Most Outstanding Player of the AutoZone Liberty Bowl after passing for 336 and four touchdowns and rushing for 21 yards in the Cowboys’ win over Missouri ...
