2018 (Senior): Earned second-team All-Big 12 honors as voted by the league’s coaches ... Set single-season career highs with 31 tackles, 11 tackles for loss, six sacks and five quarterback hurries ... His 0.46 sacks per game ranked him ninth in the Big 12 ... Played in all 13 games, starting 12 ... Set a career high with six tackles against Iowa State ... Had two sacks in the Cowboys’ win over No. 17 Boise State and added sacks against TCU, Baylor, Iowa State and Missouri State, respectively ... Logged two tackles for loss against Boise State, Iowa State and Baylor and had 1.5 tackles for loss against TCU ... 2016 (Sophomore): Played in all 13 games and started 12 ... Credited with 25 tackles, which included 17 solo tackles and 5.5 tackles for loss ... Did his best work down the stretch, as he had at least three tackles in three of his last four games ... Made at least one tackle in 11 games, including a career-best five at Oklahoma and four against Colorado in the Cowboys’ win over the 10th-ranked Buffaloes in the Alamo Bowl ... His 2.5 sacks were the fourth-most on the team ... Made one sack in each of the first two games and another half sack vs. Iowa State ...
