Josh Gonzales enters his fifth season at Oklahoma State and was recently promoted to Assistant Director of Recruiting - Offense. Gonzales works directly with Offensive Coordinator Kasey Dunn and the Cowboy receivers.
Prior to arriving in Stillwater, Gonzales spent three seasons at the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor from 2015-17 working as the recruiting and academic coordinator. He graduated from Texas A&M with a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management and earned his MBA from Mary Hardin-Baylor.
