JUNIOR COLLEGE: Played two seasons at Connors State JC … hit .417 as a sophomore with 19 homers and 100 RBIs in 59 games and earned All-America honors … also had 27 doubles and an .834 slugging percentage … played in 58 games as a freshman and hit .360 with 12 homers, 16 doubles and 59 RBIs … also recruited by South Carolina, Alabama, Arkansas State and Wichita State.
HIGH SCHOOL: Hit .489 with 10 home runs as a senior at Coweta High School after hitting .480 as a junior … also starred in football at CHS.
PERSONAL: Majoring in mechanical engineering… born Sept. 23, 1997 … son of David and Becky Northern … has two older brothers, Justin and Jason … favorite athlete is Marcus Stroman … favorite movie is The Greatest Showman … favorite musician is Koe Wetzel … chose OSU because he’s been a fan his whole life and he can get a great degree … dream job is CEO at an engineering firm.
