2017 Outdoors: Started the season with a victory in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the Arkansas Spring Invitational... Represented the Cowboys at the Big 12 Championships in the 5,000 meters and the 3,000-meter Steeplechase... Took eighth and set a personal best with a 9:05.13 at the Big 12 Championships’ 3,000-meter steeplechase.
2017 Indoors: Ran three times for OSU... Ran the 3,00 meters atthe Husky Classic... Ran in the 3,000 meters and the 5,000 meters at the Big 12 Championships.
2016 Cross Country: Competed in all six events for the Cowboys...Finished 121st at the NCAA Championships...Earned All-Region honors with his 20th place finish at the Midwest Regional...Earned All-Conference with his 11th place finish at the Big 12 Championships and helped the team win its ninth consecutive Big 12 title.
2016 Outdoors: Did not compete.
2016 Indoors: Followed up his breakout cross country season with two races during the indoor season... Finished fifth at the Razorback Invitational with a 3,000-meter personal best of 8:29.99.Â
2015 Cross Country: Ran unattached at the Cowboy Jamboree and finished in 25:19.2 to earn a spot on the Cowboy roster... Took 22nd at the Big 12 Championships and 133rd at the Midwest Regional.
High School: Attended Rogers High School in Rogers, Arkansas... Won two state titles in the 3,200-meter run and one in the 1,600... Earned first-team All-State honors in cross country twice, placing third both times... Graduated with a 4.18 GPA... Was a member of Student Congress and Ping Pong Club.
Personal: Born on April 20, 1997Â to Bob and Amy Liddell in Omaha, Nebraska... Father played basketball for Northern State University in Aberdeen, South Dakota.
