2017 Outdoors: Competed once in the 2,000-meter steeplechase at the Tulsa Duels and took fourth place with a time of 5:56.41.
2017 Indoors: Made three appearances for the Cowboys... Competed in the 3,000 and 5,000 meters... Placed 15th in the 3,000 meters at the Big 12 Championships... Ran a personal best in the 5,000 meters at the Big 12 Championships where he finished 10th with a time of 14:39.07.
2016 Cross Country: Competed in all six cross country events for the Cowboys...Finished 142nd at the NCAA Championships...Earned All-Region honors at the Midwest Regional with his 23rd place finish...Took 10th place at the Big 12 Championships, which earned him All-Conference and helped the Cowboys win their ninth consecutive Big 12 title.
2016 Outdoors: Won the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the Arkansas Twilight... Took an all-Big 12 honor in the steeplechase when he finished sixth at the meet in Fort Worth, Texas... Made five regular season appearances for OSU.
2016 Indoors: Took to the track once at the Husky Classic and ran in the 3,000-meter run.
2015 Cross Country: Made three appearances for the Cowboys... Finished sixth at the Cowboy Preview to open the season... Took 41st in the Cowboy Jamboree.
2015 Outdoors: Qualified for the NCAA West Regional for the second time in his Cowboy career in the 3,000-meyer steeplechase... Earned his second All-Big 12 honor when he finished sixth (9:22.48) in the 3,000-meter steeplechase final... Ran in four regular season meets as a sophomore.
2015 Indoors: Ran just once in the regular season for the Cowboys, clocking a 4:14.11 mile at the Razorback Invitational... Laced up twice in the Big 12 Championships, running in both the mile semifinal and 3,000-meter final.
2014 Cross Country: Ran in three meets for OSU... Started the season with a third place finish in the four-mile Hurricane Festival race in 20:10... Grabbed another top-10 finish at the Bluegrass Invitational, running the 8K course in 24:30.94... Earned a fifth place finish at the Cowboy Jamboree with a 25:14.61 on the 8K route.
2014 Outdoors: NCAA West Region qualifier in the 3,000 meter steeplechase, with a 9:00.16 at the Stanford Invitational ... Tripped and fell at the regional race, but still placed 23rd, with a near personal-best 9:01.87 ... Took sixth in the steeplechase at the Big 12 championships, earning the first All-Big 12 honor of his career.
2014 Indoors: Suited up four times for the Cowboys, with his best performances coming at the Razorback Invite, where he placed second in the college division of the mile (4:10.74), and the Husky Classic, where he ran the 3,000 meters in 8:11.92 to place fourth ... He placed 14th in the 3,000 meters at the Big 12 Championships.
