Cowboys Back In Action At Haskins Award Invite

AUGUSTA, Ga. – Oklahoma State's men's golf team will be back in action this week when it tees it up at the Augusta Haskins Award Invitational at Forest Hills Golf Club.
The sixth-ranked Cowboys are coming off their third victory of the season at the Maridoe Collegiate in their most recent outing.
Juniors Ethan Fang and Preston Stout led the charge, sharing medalist honors with Eric Lee finishing fourth.
This week, the Cowboys will be one of 16 teams in action at the par-72, 7,086-yard layout. Play will begin at 8:30 a.m. (EST) on Saturday with a shotgun start. The field will play 36 holes on Saturday before beginning Sunday's final round at 8:30 a.m.
In addition to Fang, Stout and Lee, the Cowboys will have junior Gaven Lane and sophomore Filip Fahlberg-Johnsson in the lineup. OSU will be grouped with LSU and Illinois to start play.
OSU won the event last year for the third time, sharing top honors with Texas. The Cowboys also emerged victorious in 2021 and 2011. Individually, Kevin Tway claimed medalist honors in 2011.
The winner of this year's event will receive an exemption into the PGA Tour's 3M Open later this year.
