Five Cowgirls named ITA Scholar-Athletes

STILLWATER – Five members of the Oklahoma State women's tennis team were named 2025 ITA Scholar-Athletes it was announced on Monday by the Intercollegiate Tennis Association.
The five ITA Scholar Athletes brings the total to 75 in program history.
Kylie Collins, who just completed her fifth season of college tennis and first as a Cowgirl, earns the honor for the third consecutive season, while Amber Hochstatter and Anastasiya Komar were recognized as the first time. An OSU trio of freshman joined them as Melissa Ercan, Rose Nijkamp and Alian Zack also made their debuts as ITA Scholar Athletes.
Oklahoma State was also recognized as an All-American Team for the 10th time in program history and fourth consecutive season.
To be named an ITA Scholar-Athlete, students must have a grade point average of at least 3.5 (on a 4.00 scale) for the current academic year and be listed on the institutional eligibility form.
To qualify as an ITA All-Academic Team, programs must have a team grade point average of 3.2 or above (on a 4.00 scale) with all included student-athletes listed on the institutional eligibility form and have all varsity letters factored into the cumulative team GPA for the current academic year.
