Fort Worth, Texas - The 28th-ranked Oklahoma State women's golf team finished day one of the Charles Schwab Invitational in 11th place.

A field made up exclusively of top 50 teams, including five of the nation's top 10 programs, proved no match tough conditions at Colonial Country Club. None of the 15 teams are below par through 36 holes.

The Cowgirls sit 18 strokes over par and 18 back of co-leaders Wake Forest and Oregon but have outperformed the likes of No. 5 USC and No. 15 Vanderbilt.

Sophomore Marta Silchenko closed the day with a season-low 68 (-2) to claim a share of 11th place at even par.
Grace Kilcrease and Tarapath Panya are tied for 31st at 5-over. Kilcrease shook off a slow start with a 1-under, 69 in the afternoon session.

Freshman Summer Lee and Sophomore Ellie Bushnell shot 8-over and 13-over, respectively.

The Cowgirls will be paired with Kentucky and Mississippi State for Tuesday's final round beginning at 8:42 a.m. CT.
