Cowgirl Softball Holds in Top Eight in National Rankings

STILLWATER – The Oklahoma State softball team remained steady in its top-10 ranking following the sixth week of Big 12 play. The Cowgirls are ranked No. 6 by ESPN.com/USA Softball and No. 6 in the USA today/NFCA Coaches Poll. OSU also comes in at No. 12 in the NCAA RPI rankings based on its wins, losses, and strength of schedule.

This past week, the Cowgirls grabbed a midweek win over Tulsa, 3-2, before dropping two of three to conference foe Iowa State on the road.
Oklahoma State is set to travel to Wichita, Kansas, to face Wichita State at 6 p.m. on Wednesday before heading back home for a three-game set with Texas Tech from April 19-21 at Cowgirl Stadium.
