STILLWATER – Oklahoma State women's golf head coach Greg Robertson announced the signing of future Cowgirl Golfers, Allison Chen and Sophia Ellestad, on Wednesday.
"We are very excited to officially have Allison (Chen) and Sophia (Ellestad) joining our program," Robertson said. "Both are exceptional players who work hard and love to compete. Just as importantly, they are great people who will fit right in with this team."
Yu-Chu (Allison) Chen- Taiwan
Chen has cemented herself as a young star who will help Cowgirl Golf continue to grow its championship brand. She currently sits at 33rd in the Rolex American Junior Golf Association Rankings and No. 212 in the World Amateur Golf Rankings.
"Allison will bring a lot of experience to the team having had a lot of success in the U.S. and abroad," Robertson said.

Sophia Ellestad- Houston, Texas
Ellestad is a youthful gem, currently ranked No. 85 on the Rolex AJGA list.
"Sophia is a great ball-striker with such a sound golf swing," Robertson said. "She has all the tools to be an elite player here at OSU."
Ellestad has had a busy 2024, playing in seven AJGA tournaments. The highlight came in August at the Mizuno / Greyson Sigg Junior Championship, where she won with a three-round score of 213 (72-68-73).
