Cowgirls Ranked No. 9/9 Ahead Of 2023 NCAA DI Softball Championship

STILLWATER – Ahead of hosting the NCAA Stillwater Regional for a fourth-consecutive postseason, the Oklahoma State Softball team slots in at No. 9/9 in the USA Today/NFCA Coaches Poll and the ESPN.com/USA Softball Collegiate Top 25.

The Cowgirls (41-14 overall, 10-8 Big 12) were announced as the No. 6 national seed for the 2023 NCAA DI Softball Championship on Sunday, set to host Wichita State, Nebraska and UMBC in Stillwater this weekend.
The No. 6 seeding marks the third straight season in which the Pokes have earned top-eight honors and the right to host the Regional and Super Regional rounds of the tournament.
OSU begins its path to a fourth-consecutive NCAA Women's College World Series appearance on Friday as they open play against UMBC at 3 p.m. CT.
