Cowboys Remain Eighth At Watersound

PANAMA CITY BEACH, Fla. — Oklahoma State's men's golf team maintained its spot in eighth place on Monday at the Watersound Invitational with a 581 total through 36 holes at Shark's Tooth Golf Course.
The Cowboys' 5-over total put them four shots behind Notre Dame for seventh place. Vanderbilt holds an eight-shot lead over the field with a 24-under total of 552 at the par-72, 7,248-yard layout.
Florida State's Frederik Kjettrup carded a 67 during his second round to move into the top spot in the individual race at 11-under 133.
OSU's Rasmus Neergaard-Petersen posted a 70 on Monday to climb 11 spots into a tie for 25th place at even-par 144.
Junior Bo Jin followed an opening 69 with a 76 to dip into a tie for 28th at 145, while classmate Jonas Baumgartner shaved six shots off his opening tally to post a 80 for a 146 total to tie for 31st place.
Sophomore Jordan Wilson carded a 73 to move into a tie for 57th place at 153.
Senior Dillon Stewart is competing individually and stands in a tie for 31st place at 146 after signing for a 72 following his second round.
