Cowgirl Tennis Continues Play In ITA Tournaments

STILLWATER – Oklahoma State's Sofia Rojas, Alana Wolfberg, Kristina Novak, Ayumi Miyamoto and Raquel Gonzalez are representing the Cowgirl tennis team this week at Intercollegiate Tennis Association tournaments in California and North Carolina.
Rojas and Wolfberg are competing at the Women's Intercollegiate Championships in San Diego, California. Wolfberg will face Alicia Melosch Thursday at 12 p.m. (CT), and Rojas, seeded in the number five slot, will follow at 2 p.m. (CT) against Gloria Alogo Piqueras.
The No. 4 ranked doubles duo, Rojas and Wolfberg, will also compete on Friday at 12 p.m. (CT).
Novak, Miyamoto and Gonzalez will be in action Saturday at the ITA All-Americans in Cary, North Carolina.
All three Cowgirls will participate in prequalifying singles play starting on Saturday, and Novak and Miyamoto will play in the qualifying round for doubles on Monday. Exact dates and times for matches will be released later this week.
