Cowgirl Tennis Checks In At No. 9

STILLWATER– Oklahoma State's women's tennis team checked in at No. 9 in the latest ITA Top 25 rankings, it was announced today by the Intercollegiate Tennis Association.
This marks the fourth consecutive week the Cowgirls have appeared in the top 10.
OSU is fresh off a pair of victories during its conference-opening homestand. Last Friday, the Cowgirls earned their seventh shutout of the season, taking down Kansas State, 4-0. Two days later, OSU finished off the weekend earning a top-25 win, taking down the then-No. 24 Kansas, 4-1.
The wins moved OSU's record to 11-1 overall and 2-0 in Big 12 play on the year. Additionally, OSU ran its winning streak to 10 while outscoring opponents by a combined 43-4 count during the string.
Next up, OSU is set for a road test against UCF Sunday at 11 a.m. (CST) in Orlando, Florida.
