Prairie View started out 3-for-6 from three-point range to take a 13-11 lead into the under-12 media timeout. Bryce Thompson scored a quick six points on 3-for-5 shooting to lead the Cowboys.

11 early second-half points from Avery Anderson III put the Pokes up 51-34 with 11:00 left. The Cowboys outscored Prairie View 24-8 in the first nine minutes of the half on 8-of-11 shooting from the field, while holding Prairie View to 25 percent from the floor.Â

The Cowboys continued to score at will in the second half and went up 68-44 after back-to-back dunks from Moussa Cisse.

Oklahoma State controlled the rest of the game, outsourcing Prairie View 51-27 in the second half to finish off the home stand with a 78-53 victory.
