Cowboys Set To Close Out Road Trip On Saturday At Baylor

WACO — Oklahoma State men's basketball is set to close out its three-game road trip when it takes on No. 1 Baylor in Waco, Texas, at the Ferrell Center on Saturday. The game is set to be broadcasted on ESPN at 4 p.m. CT with Rich Hollenberg and Fran Fraschilla on the call.

The Cowboys (8-7, 1-3 Big 12) fell on the road on Thursday night to No. 19 Texas Tech in Lubbock, 78-57. Bryce Thompson led OSU with 14 points while Matthew-Alexander Moncrieffe and Tyreek Smith grabbed six rebounds the Pokes.

OSU comes into the game against Baylor leading the all-time series 56-33 that dates back to 1918. The last matchup between two resulted in an 83-74 victory for the Cowboys in Kansas City to advance to the Big 12 Championship. The last time the Cowboys traveled to Waco, Cade Cunningham led all scorers with 24 points as the Cowboys fell, 81-70.

Following Saturday's contest, OSU will return to Stillwater to conclude the six-day, 3,246-mile journey that took the Cowboys to two states and two time zones.
