Cowgirl Tennis Set For In-State Matchup On Saturday

STILLWATER, Okla. — Oklahoma State's women's tennis team will be back in action this weekend when it travels to Tulsa for an in-state battle on Saturday at 12 p.m.

OSU holds a 5-5 record and is coming off a pair of ranked losses against No. 4 Pepperdine and No. 21 USC. The Cowgirls had won three consecutive matches before their trip to the west coast and will look to bounce back against the Golden Hurricane.

The Cowgirls checked in at No. 22 in the latest ITA poll. OSU has not been ranked outside the Top 25 since March of 2014.

Tulsa enters the match with a 6-3 record. The Cowgirls hold a 20-15 all-time record in the series and are 6-8 on the road against the Golden Hurricane. The last time the two met was Feb. 21, 2020, when OSU took the match, 6-1.
