Day 1
HUMBLE, Texas – Strong performances by Maja Stark and Isabella Fierro keep the Oklahoma State women's golf team within striking distance of the lead with 18 holes remaining at the Icon Invitational.

Competing as an individual, Rina Tatematsu is tied for 1^st place. She shot a career low 66, two strokes shy of the lowest round ever recorded by a Cowgirl,. She notched 9 birdies and has the best score on par-4 holes thus far.

Both Stark and Fierro are in the top-15 on the individual leaderboard, Fierro in a tie for 5^th and Stark in a tie for 12^th.

The Cowgirls are in third place after the first 36 holes, shooting 7-under 569 on the day.
Hinson-Tolchard continues to be a strong addition to the Cowgirl lineup, she shot 2-over 146 and ended the day in a tie for 29^th with teammate Han-Hsuan Yu. Lianna Bailey shot 2- 4-over 148 respectively putting her in a tie for 46th.
