STILLWATER -Â The No. 6 Oklahoma State wrestling team (9-0, 4-0 Big 12) hosts No. 19 Oklahoma (5-4, 2-3 Big 12) on senior day in Gallagher-Iba Arena to round out the regular season.

The sixth-ranked Oklahoma State wrestling team (9-0 overall; 4-0 Big 12) hosts the second round of Bedlam at 5 p.m. on Sunday in Gallagher-Iba Arena. The Cowboys will honor seven seniors at intermission of the match against No. 19 Oklahoma. OSU enters Sunday's dual coming off of the Cowboy Challenge TourÂnament where Daton Fix (133), Travis Wittlake (165) and Austin Harris (HWT) each won their respective brackets.

The Series – OklahomaÂ
The Bedlam dual series dates back to 1920, a bout that Oklahoma State won a staggering 50-0 in StillÂwater. OSU leads the all-time rivalry series 144-27-10. Sunday's dual marks the 182nd time the two teams have met for dual competition. The teams met in Norman on Feb. 7, where the Pokes won 24-10 to give John Smith his 50th win over the Sooners and OSU's 12th straight win in the series. The most recent win for the Sooners was a 16-15 win at home in 2013. Oklahoma State holds a 78-12-2 advantage in Stillwater where OU has not won since Nov. 28, 1995. Since taking over the Sooner program in 2016, Lou Rosselli is 0-7 against OSU.

Senior Sendoff
Oklahoma State will honor seven seniors during intermission of the dual, at the end of the fifth match. The group of Kaid Brock, Dakota Geer, Dusty Hone, Boo Lewallen, Neil Putnam and Andrew Nieman have had immense success in their OSU caÂreers. Brock, Lewallen and Geer are each two-time All-Americans at their weight, while Dusty Hone was recognized as an honorable mention All-AmeriÂcan by the NWCA in 2020. The NCAA has granted fall and winter sport athletes an extra year of eligibility in 2021-22, which would allow any of the five wrestlers to return to OSU next year if they desire. Senior manager Keenan Seymour will also be recognized for his dedication to the program over the past five years.

Gallagher Award
Following the senior day ceremony, Ned Blass will be presented with this year's Gallagher Award. The award, given annually to an OSU alumnus who has exemplified the spirit and leadership emiÂnent in the tradition of champions, will be given to Blass following his successful career as a competitor and coach. A two-time national champion at OSU, Blass went 28-3-1 in his collegiate career. He was an alternate for the 1956 U.S. Olympic team before dedicating his life to coaching. He spent nearly 30 years in coaching with stops at Tulsa Central High School and California's Mt. Miguel and Valhalla high schools. He sent numerous wrestlers to big-time programs, such as Charlie White at Oklahoma and Cowboy legends, J RobinÂson and Roy Brewer.

Oklahoma State's roster features 10 wrestlers ranked in various polls this week, with four holding spots inside the top-10. Sophomore 133-pounder Daton Fix is the consensus No. 1 wrestler at 133 pounds and is the highest ranked Cowboy. Not far behind Fix are teammates and returning Big 12 individual champions Boo Lewallen and Travis Wittlake. Lewallen (149) ranks No. 4 among all of the polls, while Wittlake (165) ranges from No. 3 to a No. 5 ranking from FloWrestling. Three true freshmen appeared in the rankings after excellent starts to their college careers. Trevor MastroÂgiovanni (125) has started the season 10-2 and is ranked as high as No. 17 by Intermat. 174-pounder Dustin Plott holds the highest ranking among the freshman claiming the No. 11 spot in WIN's poll. Finally, AJ Ferrari (197) appears in all four rankings, including a No. 12 spot in Intermat's poll after a 10-1 start to his freshman campaign. Wyatt Sheets maintains a spot in the top-20 at 157 pounds, while Dakota Geer is ranked as high as No. 8 and as low as No. 13 at 184 pounds where he was an All-American in 2019 after wrestling at 197 pounds last season. Austin Harris and Dusty Hone appeared in two of the four polls with both wrestlers holding the No. 19 spot in their respective weight classes according to FloWrestling.
