Cowboy Cross Country Chases Championship in Tallahassee

THE BASICS
Oklahoma State cross country travels to Tallahassee, Fla., to compete in the 2021 NCAA Cross Country Championships on Saturday, Nov. 20.Â
Both the men's and women's teams are ranked inside the top six heading to the national championships and will look to pick up more hardware after sweeping the Big 12 Championships on Oct. 29 in Stillwater.

The third-ranked Cowboys are hot off their second-straight victory at the Midwest Regional. All seven Cowboy runners (Ryan Smeeton, Alex Maier, Victor Shitsama, Shea Foster, Rory Leonard, Isai Rodriguez and Ryan Schoppe) all finished as All-Region runners.Â
The sixth-ranked Cowgirls automatically qualified for nationals after placing second at regionals. The Big 12 Champions head to Tallahassee with three All-Region finishers (Taylor Roe, Molly Born and Gabby Hentemann) and are looking to push for trophy contention.

MEET SCHEDULE (ALL TIMES CT)
The women's championship 6K will begin at 9:20 and will be followed by the men's championship 10K at 10:10 on ESPNU.Â
The awards ceremony will take place immediately following the conclusion of the men's 10K.
