Oklahoma State Cross Country Travels to Iowa City for Midwest Regionals

THE BASICS
Oklahoma State men's and women's cross country travel to Iowa City to run in the NCAA Midwest Regional Championship on Friday, Nov. 12.
After sweeping the Big 12 Championships on the Greiner Family OSU Cross Country Course, the Cowboys and Cowgirls will look for an automatic bid for the national championships with a top two finish in Iowa City.

The third-ranked Cowboys look to secure an automatic bid to the NCAA Championship on Nov. 20 with two-time All-American Isai Rodriguez and returning All-Americans Victor Shitsama and Ryan Smeeton leading the way. Shea Foster, Rory Leonard, Alex Maier and Isaiah Priddey have also scored for the Cowboys this season.
The sixth-ranked Cowgirls have all the momentum after winning their first Big 12 title since 2019. The Cowgirls are the second-highest ranked team in the region and will clinch an automatic bid with a top two finish at regionals.

MEET SCHEDULE (ALL TIMES CT)
The 2021 NCAA Midwest Regional Championship will begin at 11 a.m. CT with the women's 6K. The men's 10K will begin at 12 p.m. with the awards show taking place following the conclusion of both races.
