Cowgirl Tennis Dominates The Day At Norman Open Series

NORMAN, OKLA. — Four members of the Oklahoma State women's tennis team went undefeated on day four at the Norman Open Series this afternoon.
The lone singles action of the day for the Cowgirls resulted in a dominating win from Martina Zerulo, 6-4, 6-2, over Rasheeda McAdoo.
Doubles action kicked off with Ayumi Miyamoto and Mhai Sawangkaew taking down Camila Romero and Alisha Reayer, 6-1, 4-6, 10-5. Next, Martina Zerulo and Oona Orpana defeated Maria Aran Garcia and Emily Meyer, 6-3, 6-2. Zerulo/Orpana will face Miyamoto/Sawangkaew in an all-Cowgirl semifinal matchup tomorrow.
To cap off the action, Cowgirl Dariya Detkovskaya and Rasheeda McAdoo defeated Isabel Gallego and Kristina Novak, 7-5, 6-2.
All four Cowgirls will be back in action tomorrow with Zerulo's singles starting at 10 a.m. and doubles play following.
