Cowgirl Softball Earns Another Preseason Top-10 Ranking

STILLWATER – Oklahoma State softball earned another preseason top-10 ranking, it was released today.
ESPN.com/USA Softball selected Oklahoma State as the No. 10 team in the nation, while the USA Today/NFCA Top 25 Coaches Poll ranked the Cowgirls at No. 11.
Oklahoma State has received two top 10 rankings prior to the 2021 season, which is their highest preseason mark since 1994.
The Cowgirls ended the shortened 2020 season on a 12-game win streak, and finished the season with a 19-5 overall record and ranked No. 11 in the nation.
Oklahoma State returns 18 players from last year's team, including All-Americans Alysen Febrey, Carrie Eberle, and Sydney Pennington.
Febrey led the team with a .382 batting average and 11 home runs, while Eberle led the team with 10 wins and a 0.46 earned run average.
