Vivian Gray Receives Academic All-America Honors

AUSTIN, Texas – Oklahoma State's Vivian Gray was one of 15 student-athletes named to the 2019-20 Academic All-America Division I women's basketball team as selected by the College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA) it was announced today.
Gray, a junior who carries a 3.66 grade point average in marketing, was named a third-team selection and was the only player among the 15 chosen not classified as a graduate student or senior.
The Argyle, Texas native was joined on the third team by High Point's Camryn Brown, Vermont's Hanna Crymble, DePaul's Chante Stonewall and Virginia's Jocelyn Willoughby.
Additionally, Gray is the fourth Cowgirl to earn the distinction, joining Jennifer Crow (1999, 2000), Danielle Green (2008) and Kaylee Jensen (2017).
Last month, Gray was named a first-team Academic All-Big 12 pick.
