Gearhart Named to the U.S. Women’s Flag Football National Team

STILLWATER - Former Oklahoma State softball standout Mariah Gearhart has been named to the 2021 USA Football Women's Flag National team.
Gearhart will represent the United States when she suits up for the national team, which is slated to compete in the 2021 International Federation of American Football (IFAF) Flag Football World Championships in Palma, Spain next October, USA Football announced on Wednesday.
Gearhart was a member of the 2018 U.S. Women's Flag National Team that took home its first-ever gold medal in Panama and will be looking to help her team repeat as gold medalists at the 2021 championships.
A member of Cowgirl softball from 2008-2011, Gearhart has her name written all over the OSU record book and was a key member of the 2011 Women's College World Series team. She owns career records in stolen bases and hit by pitches and is tied for the most consecutive stolen bases in a single season with 23 in her senior campaign.
