OSU Fan Safety Measures Inside Gallagher-Iba Arena

STILLWATER - Oklahoma State is committed to creating a safe environment for its fans, students and campus community and has implemented several new safety measures in and around Gallagher-Iba Arena for the 2020-21 winter-sports seasons.

Venue Safety Protocols
- Capacity will be limited to approximately 25 percent, and will have socially-distanced seating in accordance with OSU campus protocols.
- Arena doors will open one hour prior to tipoff, and fans will enter and exit Gallagher-Iba Arena through the East lobby. Fans requiring an elevator will enter through the North or South lobbies.Â
- In an effort to keep both teams safe, Heritage Hall, the Remember The Ten Memorial and the West side of Gallagher-Iba Arena will be closed to fans. Â
- Both Oklahoma State University and the city of Stillwater have ordinances in place for people to wear face coverings in public spaces in order to stop the spread of COVID-19.
- Face masks will be required for all fans over the age of 2.
- Acceptable face coverings include R95, KN95, dust masks, procedural masks, cotton bandanas, neck gaiters, running buffs and some tightly woven scarves.
- Cloth face coverings fashioned from household items or made at home from common materials at low cost can be used as an additional, voluntary public health measure.
- Tailgating is prohibited on the campus of Oklahoma State University.
- Several new hand sanitizing stations are installed throughout the arena for fan use.
- Plexiglass has been added to concession stands and to portable points of sale throughout the arena.
- Fans are limited to one bag per person with a small clutch bag for privacy.

- Approved For Entry
- Clear plastic, vinyl or PVC bags no larger than 12" x 6" x 12"
- Clear plastic, vinyl or PVC drawstring bags no larger than 12" x 12"
- Clear one-gallon storage bags.
- A small clutch purse approximately the size of a hand with or without a handle or strap. The largest permissible size is 4.5" x 6.5"
- Permitted with Inspection
- Diaper bags with an accompanying child will be searched and tagged upon entry.
- Bags larger than approved sized for medical necessities will be searched and tagged upon entry.
- Approved For Entry
- 2020-21 men's basketball season tickets are sold out. A very limited amount of single game tickets may become available a few days prior to each game. To make sure you get first access to single game tickets, join the OSU Family email list here: https://tickets.okstate.com/newsletter-signup/.
- Credit Rollovers & Refunds
- We will not offer prorated refunds for a reduction of games unless the entire season is canceled.
- If opting out of seats this year, please consider donating a portion or all of your ticket refund to the Cowboy Relief Fund. The Cowboy Relief Fund will help OSU Athletics mitigate the financial challenges caused by the pandemic and benefits include tax deduction, 5x POSSE Points, and a bonus credit of the amount donated to be applied towards 2021 membership levels.
- No tickets will be printed or mailed from OSU Athletics.
- Fans are encouraged to download their tickets and parking passes to their mobile device prior to arriving at Gallagher-Iba Arena through their Account Manager.
- If a printed option is preferred, then fans can print their tickets and parking pass from home, and also through Account Manager.

- The student section will be located in sections 207-209, and 308-313. The socially-distanced sections will maintain the same ratio of students to non-students that exists at full capacity.
- All-Sports Passes are $250 and are non-refundable. Students are not guaranteed entry to all games and there will be a ticket claim process for each game.
- The lots to the immediate North and South of GIA will be reserved, but all other lots near the arena will be free and available on a first come, first serve. For more information on reserved parking click HERE.
