Cowgirl Softball Signs Georgia Transfer Alysen Febrey

STILLWATER – The Oklahoma State softball program picked up an impact transfer in Alysen Febrey, head coach Kenny Gajewski announced today. Febrey joins the Cowgirl program after a successful three-year run at Georgia and is eligible to play for OSU in 2020.
An infielder from Peachtree City, Ga., Febrey made 53 starts at first base last season, hitting .314 with nine home runs and 11 doubles. She helped lead Georgia to a 42-19 record and her third straight NCAA appearance.
Febrey is a .330 career hitter with 18 home runs, 28 doubles and 82 RBIs. She started 162 of her 163 games played with the Bulldogs.
Off the field, Febrey was a three-time SEC honor roll selection majoring in consumer economics.
