Cowgirls Earn Top-10 Nods in USTA, Slam Rankings

STILLWATER – Oklahoma State's women's tennis team remained ranked among the top 10 programs this week in the U.S. Tennis Association and Slam Tennis Polls.

Slam Tennis gave OSU the nod at No. 9 in back-to-back weeks following the Big 12 Championship. The USTA positioned the Cowgirls at No. 10 for the third-consecutive week, marking the fourth time this spring the program has scored a spot in the top 10.

With the off week, OSU moved to the No. 15 spot in the Oracle/ITA polls and enters the NCAA Championship with that ranking.

The team begins postseason play at the Greenwood Tennis Center on Friday at 5 p.m. when it hosts the first and second rounds of play. The Cowgirls face the University of Central Arkansas.
